Place the shower steamer on the floor of your shower near a small constant stream of water. Before stepping in, take a deep breath, then let the sprays of warm water and steam work on the shower steamer to release its aroma as you cleanse. From time to time drizzle water onto the tablet to activate. As the tablet gently fizzes the aroma will disburse, melting away your stress or uplifting your mood. Breathe in and relax!
